Pretty hardcore, although like laser tapes (which never took off) I’m concerned w/ accuracy (or over-accuracy for that matter, where a slight lean can screw up what you see with your own eyes.)
I’m pretty sure an experienced person (such as myself, toot toot) can measure this room just as quickly. Drafting it - hey - a PDF don’t help you in AutoCAD, Revit, or whatever design program you use. We all know that good ol’ Illustrator convert is notoriously sloppy, though majorly helpful at times.
The program does not make the designer - bottom line.
